contains the identical feature set — only the number of employees you record

## Billing terms

- A payment card is registered at sign-up; the first charge falls after the
  14-day free trial.
- The subscription is cancellable monthly.
- Adding an employee mid-cycle is pro-rated onto the next invoice. Changing site
  or upgrading tier costs nothing extra.
- The per-tier monthly minimum exists so the invoice rises smoothly with each
  hire instead of jumping at a tier boundary.
